Microsoft has introduced a brand new head of Xbox Sport Studios. Uncommon studio head Craig Duncan might be leaving his place to take over as Head of Xbox Sport Studios.

The transfer comes as present head of Xbox Sport Studios, Alan Hartman, has introduced his retirement on the finish of November. He held his place as studios head since October 2023.

Duncan is available in after main Uncommon since February 2011 the place he oversaw the event of Sea of Thieves together with different titles like Battletoads, Killer Intuition, and varied Kinect titles on the studio. Previous to Uncommon, Duncan was a director at Codemasters and studio head at Halfway Video games.

In a memo to employees through GamesIndustry.biz, president of Sport Content material and Studios Matt Booty thanked Hartman for his years of dedication and repair to the business and Xbox. He then touched on what Duncan will concentrate on shifting ahead.
