A new update is available for Konami’s Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater and it’s one that GA-KO collectors will doubtless enjoy. Those who didn’t receive a reward for collecting 64 ducks should see the issue resolved, alongside the majority of bugs resulting in crashes.
The models and textures in “certain scenes” have also been updated. Specifics aren’t available, but if you found some sections to look less impressive than others, this should address them. Last but not least, a new camera option is available in the Options under Controls, allowing players to invert the horizontal viewing.
Of course, this is only the start, and thankfully, Konami is working on other issues, including 21:9 aspect ratio display support on PC, selecting the preferred rendering mode on PS5 Pro, stability improvements, and more. There’s no ETA, so stay tuned for further updates.
Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater is available for Xbox Series X/S, PS5, and PC. Check out our review here. It sold over one million copies at launch.
