Capcom will have three highly anticipated 2026 titles available to play at Gamescom – Resident Evil Requiem, Onimusha: Way of the Sword and Pragmata. However, it seems the playable demo for the latter was showcased early, courtesy of ChinaJoy 2025. Check it out below courtesy of GamersPrey

The story of Pragmata revolves around Hugh Williams, separated from his team after an incident on a lunar research station. He’s discovered by an android named Diana, and following a run-in with the hostile robots patrolling the station, he realizes that she’s the key to lowering their defenses.

As revealed in the gameplay, players will need to complete a short puzzle to remove a robot’s defenses as Diana while simultaneously shooting and dodging as Hugh. Her hacking abilities can also interact with the environment and activate different switches (which is more of a series of button presses). It also showcases a new weapon that generates a field holding enemies in place, which is perfect for managing crowds.

Pragmata is coming to Xbox Series X/S, PS5, and PC next year. Stay tuned for more details from Gamescom, which runs from August 20th to 24th.
