Presently, GTA 6 is coming out in Fall 2025, per the most recent documentation from Take-Two Interactive. That window is accurate as of November 2024, and it means that GTA 6 will most likely be released in October 2025, in keeping with Grand Theft Auto’s track record.
Historically, almost every major GTA release has dropped in October. Only two games have deviated from that trend: GTA 5 and GTA 4. Both were subject to lengthy delays that pushed them out of their intended release windows, though. Hopefully, GTA 6 won’t be delayed, but never say never.
