Lieutenant Julia Schwarz (voiced by Gabriella Certo in English, Eriko Matsui in Japanese)
A lieutenant of the Royal Guard.
A commanding officer of the new high-speed cruiser Arseille, and a lieutenant in the Royal Guard.
Her primary duty is to protect the royal family. In battle, she wields a rapier, showcasing swift and graceful swordsmanship that overwhelms her enemies.
Known for her diligent and sincere personality, as well as her dignified aura in the Royal Guard uniform, she is said to have many secret admirers both among civilians and within the military.
Gilbert Stein (voiced by Josh Pinkowski in English, Kengo Kawanishi in Japanese)
The fresh young secretary to Mayor Dalmore.
A refined young man who works as the personal secretary to Dalmore, the noble-born mayor of Ruan.
He is a graduate of the prestigious Jenis Royal Academy who continues to support his juniors even after completing his studies.
He appears to have a strong disdain for the delinquent group that loiters around the warehouse district in the southern part of the city, and it’s not uncommon to see him reprimanding them in the streets.
Headmaster Collins (voiced by Cory Yee in English, Toshitsugu Takashina in Japanese)
A wise scholar adored by the people of Liberl.
The headmaster of the prestigious Jenis Royal Academy, distinguished by his long white beard.
Gentle and highly perceptive, his kind demeanor has earned him the admiration of both students and faculty.
Recognized as one of Liberl’s foremost scholars, he also serves as the representative of the Ruan region when the mayor is absent.
Jill Ridonor (voiced by Valerie Rose Lohman in English, Kanon Takao in Japanese)
The lively but rash student council president.
The current student council president of Jenis Royal Academy, recognizable by her trademark ponytail and glasses.
Though reliable and a natural leader, she often rushes into decisions, which can lead to unintentionally involving other students in trouble.
She is close friends with her roommate, Kloe, and the two are top honors students who compete for the highest grades.

The friendly student council vice president.
The student council vice president of Jenis Royal Academy, known for his cheerful and friendly personality.
While Jill charges ahead with her bold ideas, Hans supports the student council by keeping an eye on everyone and serving as a steady right-hand man.

A big sister-like senior bracer.

Coastal City of Ruan
A coastal city that faces the Azelia Bay in Western Ruan.
Once a thriving hub for maritime trade, Ruan shifted its focus to tourism following the Orbal Revolution, as airships took over as the primary form of transportation.
The magnificent contrast between the deep blue sea and the pristine white buildings attracts many visitors. Langland Bridge, a drawbridge located in the city center, is also a popular attraction.
Manoria Village
A rest stop in the Ruan region where white magnolia flowers proliferate, enveloping waylaid travelers in their sweet, gentle fragrance.
While the village is known for its blossoms, the windmill area on the outskirts also serves as an observation point, providing a stunning panoramic view of the sparkling Azelia Bay. Many tourists from the city of Ruan visit specifically to marvel at this breathtaking scenery.
Jenis Royal Academy
A royal boarding school that gathers prodigies and the children of influential figures from across the Kingdom.
Under the guidance of Headmaster Collins, one of Liberl’s foremost scholars, the royal academy’s distinguished faculty instructs students across three academic departments: Social Studies, Natural Sciences, and Humanities.
The school hosts an annual festival that is open to the public, inviting not only students’ families but also alumni and prominent figures from various fields to attend.
Varenne Lighthouse
A lighthouse that ensures the safety of ships navigating Azelia Bay.
A local lighthouse keeper manages the facility around the clock, maintaining the orbal light to guide vessels even during storms or in the dead of night.
