Geoff Keighley will host the Summer Game Fest 2025 showcase on June 6 at 2:00 p.m. PT / 5:00 p.m. ET at YouTube Theater in Los Angeles, the event organizer announced. You will be able to watch it across more than 20 platforms, including YouTube, Twitch, Twitter, TikTok, Steam, and a variety of international partners.

The two-hour showcase will feature “spectacular new video game announcements, surprises, and reveals.” Public ticket sales will begin this spring.

Immediately following the showcase, Day of the Devs: Summer Game Fest Edition will air, featuring new looks at independent games from developers of various backgrounds.

Then, from June 7 to 9, the iam8bit-produced physical event Summer Game Fest: Play Days will return to downtown Los Angeles, featuring three days of exhibits and hands-on showcases for the world’s top invited media and content creators. This year’s exhibition will feature activations from more than 40 of the gaming industry’s “top publishers.”

New for 2025, Summer Game Fest will introduce a business-to-business thought leader event to tackle some of the key changes, challenges, and opportunities facing the global games industry, as well as celebrate the cultural impact and importance of video games. This event will be curated by former GamesIndustry.biz head Christopher Drink and Geoff Keighley, and feature thought leaders from games, entertainment, and beyond on one stage for insightful discussions.
