Capcom has revealed a few new details about its upcoming unique action game Pragmata through a new developer interview. The video, which you can check out below, features producer Edvin Edso giving us the low down on the story of Pragmata, as well as its meld of puzzle solving and shooter gameplay.

Pragmata will revolve around Diana and protagonist Hugh Williams having to work together to escape from a destroyed moon base after a moon quake separates Williams from the rest of his crew. When met with combat, Diana can use her abilities to hack into enemy robots to stun them and expose weak points. This can then be taken advantage of by Hugh, who can gun the enemies down.

Diana’s abilities can also be used during exploration in Pragmata, with her hacking abilities useful for opening up new doors or finding hidden containers which contain resources. Along with weapons, Hugh also has his own equipment that help him get around, including a jetpack to help him dodge attacks and hover around the moon base.

Pragmata is coming to PC, PS5 and Xbox Series X/S in 2026. In the meantime, the official website for the game has a demo of the kinds of hacking puzzles that players will get to play in the full game. For more details, check out our coverage of a demo for Pragmata from the Gamescom show floor.
