The Pokemon Company will release an update for Pokemon Trading Card Game Pocket on January 29 that adds the long-awaited “Trade” feature to the game, followed by the new expansion “Space-Time Smackdown” on January 30, the company announced.

Here is an overview of each addition, via The Pokemon Company:

    Trade Feature

The new trade feature will allow players to trade their digital Pokemon cards with friends, broadening ways to grow their Pokemon Trading Card Game Pocket card collections. Upon release of the feature, players will be able to trade cards from the “Genetic Apex” and “Mythical Island” expansion, with plans in place to expand the lineup of tradeable cards in the future.

    Expansion “Space-Time Smackdown”

Featuring the Legendary Pokemon Dialga and Palkia, Space-Time Smackdown invites players to discover Pokemon from the Sinnoh region. In the expansion, players can expect unique card illustrations featuring fan-favorite Pokemon, including Turtwig, Chimchar, Piplup, and Lucario.

Pokemon Trading Card Game Pocket is available now for iOS via App Store and Android via Google Play
