Publisher Netmarble and developer Netmarble Monster have released the first official trailer for MONGIL: STAR DIVE, its upcoming action RPG sequel to the “rekindled first love RPG” Monster Taming. It is planned for a global release across PC, iOS, and Android in the second half of 2025.
Built in Unreal Engine 5, MONGIL: STAR DIVE follows protagonists Verna and Cloud. Players can utilize special companion Yaongi’s abilities to collect and train monsters, build three-member teams, and engage in strategic, tag-based combat.
A story demo of MONGIL: STAR DIVE will be playable at G-Star 2024 from November 14 to 17 at Busan Exhibition and Convention Center in Busan, South Korea. Users who stop by the Netmarble booth and play the game will have the chance to win various prizes.
