The Switch version of otome visual novel From Madness with Love will launch on May 29, 2025, publisher PLAYISM and developers jamsanpoid and Vampire K.K. announced. The Switch release will include brand-new story content.
In Japan, a physical edition will also be available. First-print copies include Mr. Arakawa’s lucky underwear fundoshi (loincloth).

As the protagonist, you are a second-year high school student who just transferred to a private academy for rich kids, because your old school got blown up and the academy was close to where you live. - Saeki Yuusuke – “Hellooo? Did all your platelets explode or what? You’re crazy high on that cosmic cod, man. Put that shit in italics, I swear.” A bright, mischievous, good-looking, flirtatious blond guy in the same class as you. Used to attend the same school as you. Cheerful, friendly and frank with everyone.
- Arakawa Shuuji – “This is the effect of the renowned snail extract. If you’ve got that, even your automated external defibrillator will have no troubles with the expedition!” A quiet and gentle teacher who rarely opens his eyes fully. The sexy school nurse of the Academy. Might secretly have a meaner, darker side…?
- Tamura Marshmallow – “Don’t act like you can talk to me, you pitiful bystander.” The mysterious cute boy. His hobbies are eating and sleeping. He avoids talking to others as much as possible, and if you encounter him, he will fling insults at you and curse you out. He is well versed in the occult.
- Aorta – A senior student and the pale-skinned student council president of the Academy. Cool and dignified. He has excellent grades and handles administrative tasks with ease, but also has a clumsy side. Currently studying Japanese culture, which he is very interested in.
