Famitsu has published its estimated physical game software data for Japan for the week of February 24, 2025 to February 30, 2025.
Monster Hunter Wilds for PlayStation 5 was the highest selling new release of the week, opening at 601,179 retail sales.
Other new releases to chart in the top 10 include Yu-Gi-Oh! Early Days Collection for Switch, which opened at 49,862 retail sales, and Wizardry: The Five Ordeals for Switch, which opened at 11,299 retail sales.
On the hardware side, the PlayStation 5 family sold 108,978 units, the Switch family sold 45,189 units, the Xbox Series family sold 721 units, and the PlayStation 4 family sold 20 units.
