Looking at the break down of the numbers, CD Projekt Red hired 69 new employees at the company between April 30 and July 31, 2025. Those new employees were placed across every team and project in development at the studio, including the aforementioned The Witcher 4 and Cyberpunk 2.

The Witcher 4 remains the studio’s primary focus, growing from 422 to 444 developers and maintaining over half of the company’s development resources. Cyberpunk 2’s sequel also saw significant growth from 96 to 116 developers, suggesting accelerated development on the highly anticipated follow-up.

Other projects showed modest but consistent growth: Project Sirius increased from 48 to 51 developers, Project Hadar grew from 19 to 22, and “other projects expanded from 14 to 17. The company’s Shared Services team, which supports all projects with functions such as quality assurance, data, localization, and more, increased from 131 to 149 developers.
