A new mysterious countdown website is live, which shouldn’t be surprising in this day and age. “July-22-2025” promises an announcement on the same date at 1 PM UTC/6 AM PST and is styled as some security footage. What makes this so interesting is that Saber Interactive is behind the hype.
Furthermore, it tweeted out a different teaser, which showcases a TV surrounded by candles in a room. Various screams are heard before a beast-like roar. What this could be is anyone’s guess, but there are two leading theories: A new update on Jurassic Park: Survival or an announcement for John Carpenter’s Toxic Commando.
Announced in December 2023, Survival is set on Isla Nublar, the location from the first Jurassic Park film, though a release date has yet to be confirmed. Toxic Commando recently saw images and details leak from its closed beta, and the teaser’s horror framing could suit its zombie-slaying action better. Both titles are in development for Xbox Series X/S, PS5, and PC, so stay tuned for more details.
