    Bit Reactor & Respawn Entertainment Will Reveal Their Star Wars Game in April

    Bit Reactor and Respawn Entertainment have officially announced that they will be revealing their Star Wars turn-based tactics game in April 2025.

    The announcement came courtesy of the official Star Wars website, where is was officially announced that the announcement will come as a part of the Star Wars Celebration Japan, which starts on April 18, 2025.

    As mentioned, the game will be revealed live on the ‘Galaxy Stage’ on April 19. “Join Bit Reactor, along with Respawn Entertainment and Lucasfilm Games, for a first look at a new Star Wars turn-based tactics game,” the announcement reads.

    The officially announcement comes following a leak in January 2025, which said that Bit Reactor and Respawn Entertaining were gearing up for an announcement at Star Wars Celebration Japan.

    Announced in January 2022, Respawn Entertainment’s Star Wars RTS is being developed alongside Bit Reactor, led by games industry veteran Greg Foerstch. Respawn will produce the new Star Wars strategy game, while Bit Reactor will lead the development of the title. 

    “We are huge fans of Star Wars here at Respawn and we’re thrilled to work with Lucasfilm Games on new titles that we have wanted to make for years,” said Zampella. “If you want to make great Star Wars games, you should come join us on our journey.”
